Earning a certificate from the Lockheed Martin Engineering Management Program (EMP) offers you a foundation of knowledge and skills needed to assume new management responsibilities. Each program focuses on specific technical and management methods, as well as best practices and tools that are immediately applicable to the work environment. Our distance learning option provides you with the ability to manage the demands of work and family while maintaining coursework from home, at the office or while traveling.
Graduate certificates are critical to the process of developing or enhancing a specialized expertise. They signify that a student has successfully completed a series of three to four strategically-designed graduate level courses in select fields of study. Professionals with a baccalaureate degree and one year of professional experience are eligible to apply to the certificate program. Course credits earned may also be applied toward a Masters degree in Engineering Management.
